Crystal Cove Cottages - Overview

"Overview" is my favorite overall view of the cottages at Crystal Cove. When I shot this, the tide was way out, so I had a clear perspective of the cottages, framed by the canyons at the rear, and by the extensive beach, tide pools and rocks at the front. These cottages, constructed from found materials, much of them washed up on the shore, look much as they did years ago before the surrounding area became overrun with mansion-like houses.
