Crystal Cove Cottages - Surf Garden

"Surf Garden" was a piece of art I found hidden behind a wall, created by a Crystal Cove resident. The guy who made this piece of assemblage art collected surfboards, many of them washed up on the beach. While the boards I saw and then shot were dulled from time and the elements, I restored them to their original bright colors for this image. The bright red rose on the lower left echoes the board on the right.
